    This bill would improve access to prescription drugs through negotiating fair prices for Medicare prescription drugs, accelerating of the closing of the Medicare Part D coverage gap, importing affordable and safe drugs, requiring drug manufacturers to provide drug rebates for drugs dispensed to low-income individuals & putting a cap on prescription drug cost-sharing.
